Aaron Marcum is an entrepreneur and thought leader who has dedicated his career to transforming the home care industry and nurturing business leaders. As the founder of Home Care Pulse (now Activated Insights), he pioneered the Best of Home Care® program, revolutionizing quality standards in senior care across North America. His expertise as a Certified Blue Ocean Strategy practitioner and former Certified EOS Implementer has helped shape some of home care's most respected brands.
A graduate of Penn's Master of Applied Positive Psychology program, Aaron authored the bestselling "EntreThrive" and developed Breakaway 365—a system that empowers home care leaders to build personal freedom while driving organizational growth. His approach combines executive coaching experience with practical business strategies, helping entrepreneurs thrive personally and professionally. When not transforming businesses or delivering keynotes, Aaron finds joy cycling through Idaho's landscapes with his wife Heather and spending time with their six children.
